(a) Completion of Primary 6 or above;
(b) Speak fluent Cantonese; and
(c) Able to read and write Chinese and simple English.
Duties:
(1) To assist in the daily operation and management of community centres and community halls, such as maintaining order and cleanliness, arranging the places of furniture and equipment, distributing promotional materials, reporting for maintenance, registering bookings of community halls as well as answering general enquiries;
(2) To carry out other duties as instructed.
Terms of Appointment:
Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for 1 year.
Place of Work: Tung Chung Community Hall or other location(s) as assigned.
Working Hours: Irregular hours, may be required to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

(a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.

(g) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications. Completed forms together with copies of academic qualifications (including copies of certificates and transcripts showing the results achieved in Chinese and English languages) should reach General Registry (Personnel), 20th Floor, Harbour Building, 38 Pier Road, Central, Hong Kong on or before the closing date. For submission by post, the deadline is based on the stamp chop date. Applicants should ensure that the correct address is clearly printed or written on the envelope and sufficient postage is affixed before posting so as to avoid unsuccessful delivery of application.
