Job Title: Part-time Programme Development Officer (EDB/SE/169/26) 
Salary: $462 per hour (Required to work not more than 16 hours per week) 
Entry Requirements: (a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Social Work/Psychology/Counselling/Education or related subjects, or equivalent;
(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [See Note (iv)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(c) A Certificate in Graphic Design/Creative Media, Multimedia design and technology, Interactive Media or related subjects preferred;
(d) A minimum of 6 years' relevant post-qualification working experience;
(e) Working experience with children and adolescents in social service agency or educational setting preferred;
(f) A minimum of 5 years' experience in creative design or developing educational resources;
(g) Proficient in design and prototyping tools preferred, such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Adobe Premiere, etc;
(h) Candidates are required to submit some samples of creative design on the day of selection interview;
(i) Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills; and
(j) Ability to work independently and as a team. 
Note: (i) For general awareness, a locally-accredited Hong Kong bachelor's degree is at Level 5 under the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (HKQF). While there are other qualifications under HKQF Level 5, for the purpose of this recruitment exercise, only bachelor's degree is acceptable. (ii) Candidates should mark clearly on their application forms the major and minor subjects studied in their degree courses. Candidates possessing additional qualifications (e.g. a higher degree in a relevant subject) should include details in their application.
(iii) Candidates should state the nature and relevancy of the post-qualification experience.
(iv) For appointment purpose, 'Grade C' and 'Grade E' in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to 'Level 3' and 'Level 2' respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth. 
Duties: (a) To design and develop educational resources and materials (e.g. resource packages, handbooks, pamphlets and videos) for supporting students with mental health needs, promotion of student mental health and prevention of student suicide;
(b) To assist in developing and trying out training resources/programmes for supporting students with special educational needs;
(c) To review literatures and conduct information search on evidence-based models and practices on school crisis management, suicide prevention/mental health promotion and bereavement counseling;
(d) To provide general and administrative support on coordinating of training and resources production; and
(e) To carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors. 
Terms of Appointment: Successful candidates will be employed on non-civil service contract terms for 1 year.
