| Duties: |
(a) To assist in running all venues in Community Halls and Community centres; including; booking enquiries, and overseeing the work of security, repair and cleansing contractors, and monitor the use of facilities;
(b) To conduct regular hygiene inspections in Kowloon City District and record areas with poor hygiene;
(c) Any other suitable duties assigned by the office.

| Terms of Appointment: |
(a) Successful candidates will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms.
(b) The entry pay, terms of appointment and conditions of service to be offered are subject to the provisions prevailing at the time the offer of appointment is made. Further renewal should be subject to satisfactory performance and operational needs.
(c) Required to work outdoor and irregular hours.

| General Notes: |
(a) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.
