Job Title: Costume Coordinator (Part-time) 
Salary: $126 per hour 
Entry Requirements: Candidates should have–
(a) (i) Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language together with 3 other subjects at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) / Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Notes (1) and (2)]; and 2 years’ relevant experience in costume design/coordination in the production of TV / film / stage performance or fashion design/coordination; OR
(ii) Completion of Secondary 3 education; and 5 years’ relevant experience in costume design/coordination in the production of TV / film / stage performance or fashion design/coordination; OR
(iii) 8 years’ relevant experience in costume design/coordination in the production of TV / film / stage performance or fashion design/coordination; AND
(b) Good sense in colour and knowledge in fashion design.
Candidates who possess knowledge of computer operations will have an advantage. 
Note: (1) “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSEE are accepted as equivalent to “Level 2” in the New Senior Secondary subjects in the HKDSEE. (2) “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth. (3) Costume experience relating to TV / Film production or stage performance is a definite advantage. (4) Candidates should provide documentary proofs of their relevant qualifications and experience for assessment. 
Duties: (a) Carrying out costume arrangement for performers including sewing; (b) overseeing costume continuity for production; (c) repairing and modifying costumes; (d) organizing costume store and inventory keeping; and (e) carrying out other duties as assigned.
[Note: (i) The number of working hours is subject to the prevailing operational needs. No guarantee on the minimum hours of work in any given period. Working time per week will be less than 18 hours. Successful candidate will be assigned to work outdoor, irregular hours and on Sundays and Public Holidays as well as to perform overnight duties. (ii) Costume Coordinator (Part-time) will not be entitled for meal breaks or late night travelling expenses.] 
Terms of Appointment: Successful candidate will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for not more than 12 months. Working time per week will be less than 18 hours. He / She will be required to work on an as when required basis. 
General Notes: (A) Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at the time of appointment unless specified otherwise.

(G) Holders of academic qualifications other than those obtained from Hong Kong institutions/Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority may also apply but their qualifications will be subject to assessments on equivalence with the required entry qualifications.
